Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Engineer role located in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Project Engineer will support the planning, coordination, and execution of M&E projects, ensuring delivery in line with scope, schedule, and budget. Daily tasks include reviewing designs and technical specifications, assisting with project planning and scheduling, and monitoring site progress and quality. The role involves collaborating with clients, consultants, and contractors, preparing reports and documentation, and resolving technical or coordination issues that arise on site. The Project Engineer will also support compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards, and contribute to continuous improvement of project processes.
Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess strong Project Engineering and Electrical Engineering skills to manage technical aspects of M&E projects.
  • Candidates should possess Project Management and Project Planning skills to oversee timelines, resources, and budgets effectively.
  • Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills to coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Relevant degree or diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering discipline.
  • Experience in M&E or construction projects, preferably in residential, commercial, or industrial settings.
  • Ability to work on-site, adapt to fast-paced project environments, and handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of local codes, standards, and safety regulations; proficiency with project documentation and basic engineering software is an advantage.
