Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Operation Executive to support the daily operations of our rubber trading business. The candidate will coordinate sales and purchase documentation, monitor deliveries, handle invoicing and reporting, and ensure smooth communication with customers , suppliers, and logistics providers.

Key Responsibilities

• Issue and manage sales contracts
• Monitor goods deliveries and shipment schedules
• Prepare invoices and billing documents
• Follow up on customer outstanding payments
• Prepare and coordinate shipping instructions
• Issue trade purchase contracts
• Handle purchases for non-trade items and office supplies
• Prepare daily operational and management reports
• Update daily sales and purchase outstanding contracts
• Support general office administration duties
• Attend to customer claims and resolve operational issues promptly

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, Accounting, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in trading, operations, logistics, or administrative support preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications
• Good organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment
