Mdm Ling Bakery is a Singapore bakery brand built on a simple promise: Love Them All. We bake in our own facility, run our own warehouse and manage our own deliveries, serving retail, e-commerce, corporate gifting, wholesale and institutional customers across Singapore.
About the role
We are looking for a Warehouse Executive to oversee daily packing operations and ensure orders are prepared accurately and efficiently. You'll coordinate packing activities, monitor workflow and support the smooth running of daily warehouse operations.
Key responsibilities
Oversee daily warehouse packing activities and ensure orders are packed accurately according to requirements.
Assign staff to packing tasks based on daily operational needs.
Monitor packing progress to ensure tasks are completed on time.
Ensure packing standards and quality are maintained.
Keep the warehouse and packing area clean, organised and safe.
Assist with other warehouse operations and ad hoc duties when required.
About you
At least 2 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics.
Organised, responsible and detail oriented.
Able to coordinate daily tasks and follow operational requirements.
Good communication skills and able to work well with the team.
Able to work independently and take initiative.
Fast growing importer and retailer of groceries and food products. Our signature product are Buns and Cookies
