Trained as a physiotherapist, but ready for something other than a back-to-back manual caseload? This is a non-clinic role: you use your clinical judgement to help people use wellness devices safely at home.

SoftSnug is a Malaysian wellness-tech brand based in Shah Alam. We sell home-use EMS, red light and heat devices across Malaysia and Indonesia. Most of our customers reach us on WhatsApp.

What you will do

- Write clear usage guides for each device: placement, intensity, session length, and who should not use it.

- Answer customer questions by WhatsApp and video call, and tell them plainly when they should see a doctor instead.

- Train our customer service team on basic anatomy, common aches and safety screening.

- Create simple health education content on posture, stretching and recovery.

- Check our product guides and marketing for clinical accuracy.

- Give clinical input on new products we are testing.

What you need

- Diploma or Degree in Physiotherapy.

- Registered with MAHPC, with a valid Annual Practising Certificate (APC) or an APC application in progress.

- At least 2 years of musculoskeletal experience.

- Able to explain things simply in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is a strong advantage, as many of our customers message us in Mandarin.

- Comfortable writing short guides and presenting on camera.

What we offer

- RM3,500 to RM5,000 a month, based on experience.

- EPF, SOCSO and EIS.

- A non-clinic role with no daily manual treatment caseload.
