QC Supervisor

Job Summary
Lead and supervise Incoming Quality Control (IQC) activities to ensure all incoming materials meet quality requirements before release to production. Manage the IQC team, drive supplier quality improvement, and ensure compliance with quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily incoming material inspection activities.
• Review and approve inspection results and disposition of non-conforming materials.
• Lead IQC inspectors and provide training and performance monitoring.
• Investigate incoming quality issues and coordinate corrective actions with suppliers.
• Monitor supplier quality performance, SCAR/8D closure, and reject trends.
• Ensure compliance with quality procedures, ISO/IATF requirements, and audit expectations.
• Prepare and analyze IQC KPIs and quality reports.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance incoming quality and inspection efficiency.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of quality experience, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of IQC processes, supplier quality management, and quality tools (8D, 5 Why, FMEA, SPC).
• Ability to read engineering drawings and use measuring instruments.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Industry: Manufacturing, Electronics, PCB, Semiconductor, EMS, or Automotive.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
