We are looking for an experienced and responsible Accounts Manager to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

* Handle full set of accounts, including AP, AR and General Ledger

* Prepare monthly and year-end closing and management reports

* Manage cash flow, customer collections and supplier payments

* Prepare and submit quarterly GST reports

* Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate accounting records

* Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks and relevant authorities

* Handle payroll, CPF and basic HR administrative matters

* Monitor outstanding customer payments and credit control

* Assist management with budgeting and financial analysis

* Ensure proper filing and compliance with Singapore accounting requirements

* Perform other accounting and administrative duties as required

Requirements:

* Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent

* Minimum 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience

* Able to handle full set of accounts independently

* Experience with AutoCount Accounting System preferred

* Knowledge of Singapore GST and accounting requirements

* Good Microsoft Excel skills

* Responsible, organized and detail-oriented

* Able to work independently and meet deadlines

* Good communication and problem-solving skills

Position: Accounts Manager

Employment: Full-Time

Working Days: 5½ days per week

Salary: Negotiable, based on experience
