Park + Associates is looking for technically accomplished architects to join our Singapore studio.

This role sits at the intersection of design ambition and technical realisation. You will work closely with our architectural leadership and international collaborators to develop ambitious architectural concepts through Design Development and into detailed construction documentation, across a portfolio of complex projects.

We are looking for architects who enjoy solving complex architectural problems — people who understand how buildings are put together, care deeply about materiality and detailing, and can translate sophisticated design intent into rigorous, buildable solutions.

What you'll do

• Develop architectural design from Design Development through detailed construction documentation
• Translate complex design concepts into coordinated, technically resolved architectural solutions
• Develop façade, envelope, interior architectural and material details with a high level of precision
• Research and evaluate materials, systems, construction methodologies and technical solutions
• Produce and review detailed drawing packages, specifications and construction documentation
• Resolve complex interfaces between architecture, structure, building services, façade and specialist systems
• Coordinate closely with international consultants, specialists and project stakeholders across different locations and time zones
• Review consultant information, shop drawings, material submissions and technical proposals against design intent
• Identify technical challenges early and develop practical solutions without compromising architectural quality
• Use digital tools to improve design development, coordination, documentation and problem-solving
• Support our technical leadership in maintaining consistency and quality across architectural packages

What we're looking for

• A degree in Architecture or equivalent professional qualification
• Relevant professional experience in technically demanding architectural projects
• Experience working on large-scale, complex or internationally coordinated projects
• Strong architectural detailing and construction knowledge
• Strong understanding of materials, building systems and how design decisions translate into construction
• Ability to interpret ambitious design concepts and develop them into technically rigorous, buildable solutions
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary consultants and complex building interfaces
• Strong proficiency in Revit and BIM-based project delivery
• Experience working with international architects, consultants or multidisciplinary design teams is highly valued
• Clear communication skills and confidence collaborating across disciplines and cultures
• Meticulous, curious and highly attentive to architectural quality

Digital & Computational Skills

We are particularly interested in architects who are comfortable working beyond conventional architectural tools.

Experience or interest in any of the following will be highly regarded:

• Computational and parametric design workflows
• Rhino and Grasshopper
• BIM automation and advanced Revit workflows
• Coding or scripting for architectural applications
• AI-assisted design, documentation or coordination workflows
• Developing digital tools that improve design, coordination or production efficiency

You do not need to be a software developer — but we value architects who are curious about technology and actively explore better ways to design, coordinate and deliver complex architecture.
