Key responsibilities

The team

You will be working in the Global Family & Institutional Wealth (GFIW) which is a joint venture between UBS Global Wealth Management and UBS Investment Bank. You will be an employee of Wealth Management and will support client advisors who deliver institutional and corporate solutions to Family Office clients. The GFIW Team will be responsible for prospecting, building long-standing, cross divisional relationships and delivering products, services and advice to the largest Family Office clients domiciled Asia.

Your skills and experience

• a thorough understanding of WM processes and tools
• at least 3 years experience as a private banker or relationship manager assistant, with valid CACS Papers 1 and 2 to be licensed for the role
• experience with structured lending documentation, covenants and other legal terms would be advantageous
• experience in dealing with complex client relationships including family offices and UHNW
• business level fluency in Mandarin, Indonesian or any other Asian language which would be advantageous in serving our clients
• you’re curious to explore how AI can improve how we build, deliver, and optimize workflows. You do this with sound judgment – validating outputs and aligning with policies, risk standards, and ethical use
