Job Description
Responsibilities
Ascendo Academy is a Private Education Institute (PEI) and Registered Training Provider (RTP). The Learning & Curriculum Executive supports curriculum development, course quality assurance, trainer liaison and training delivery. You will maintain high course quality standards, review course materials, work with SMEs and trainers to build customised client programmes, and conduct TTT and classes when required.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and review course proposals, courseware and curriculum materials.
Periodically audit and update existing courseware to sustain course quality.
Maintain course quality excellence and compliance for Ascendo as a PEI and RTP.
Improve learning experience by deploying instructional tools, software and learning technologies.
Liaise with trainers and subject matter experts to design custom courses meeting client requirements.
Maintain course masterlist (course renewals, funding periods) etc.
Deliver Train-the-Trainer (TTT) workshops and conduct classes as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, IT or related fields.
Experience in curriculum development, academic administration or corporate training; PEI/RTP background is preferred.
Candidates with ACLP (ACTA) / DDCLP (DACE) qualifications preferred
Hands-on familiarity with instructional and e-learning tools.
Strong coordination and communication skills to engage trainers, SMEs and clients.
Meticulous, able to handle multiple projects and comfortable with training facilitation and TTT delivery.
Core Competencies
