Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Minimum high school qualification or equivalent.

• Skills: Good interpersonal and communication skills, basic math, and familiarity with POS terminal operation.

• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long shifts, walk fast-paced floors, and lift moderate weights (e.g., stock boxes or trays).

• Customer Service: Greet patrons warmly, answer questions about menu items and daily specials, and take orders accurately

• Order Processing & POS: Enter food and beverage orders into the Point-of-Sale (POS) system and handle cash or credit card payments

• Food & Drink Preparation: Serve meals, mix or pour beverages (such as coffee, tea, or alcoholic drinks where permitted), and assist with basic food plating or prep work

• Table & Station Management: Clear, clean, and reset tables promptly, stock beverage coolers, and replenish condiment or snack stations

• Compliance & Cleanliness: Follow local food safety, personal hygiene, and sanitation guidelines (such as wearing proper grooming gear and maintaining a clean workstation)
