Job Description
Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end accounts payable activities, from invoice verification to payment processing.
Review supplier invoices, purchase orders, delivery orders and supporting documents for accuracy.
Maintain and update accounting records and accounts payable data.
Prepare payment runs and process payments through GIRO, bank transfers and other approved methods.
Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies in coordination with vendors.
Follow up with internal departments and suppliers on outstanding invoices and payment enquiries.
Maintain accurate financial documentation and filing records.
Assist with month-end closing, account reconciliations and audit schedules.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies and accounting procedures.
Perform additional finance and administrative duties as assigned.
