Requirements

  • Must have related experience in IT

  • 1 year bond with company

  • Familiar with ERP and CRM

  • Must stay at Singapore

Responsibilities

Location: Changi South

Working hour: 5.5 days

Tech Support / IT Support

  • Provided technical support, serving as first point of contact for troubleshooting hardware, software, network and IP Phone issues

  • liaise with vendor to implement new ERP and CRM system.

  • Liaise with vendor and internal online sales team on new website.

  • assist with day to day admin of online sales and corporate sales team.
