Your new role

• Lead and govern the Group's DevOps practice by defining standards, best practices, engineering guidelines, and providing technical leadership and mentoring to DevOps Engineers.
  
• Own and optimise the software delivery platform, including source control, CI/CD pipelines, build and release automation, infrastructure provisioning, and deployment reliability across multiple technology stacks.
  
• Drive platform reliability and observability through monitoring, logging, alerting, incident management, performance tracking, capacity planning, and business continuity readiness.
  
• Embed security throughout the DevOps lifecycle by implementing secure deployment practices, secrets management, vulnerability scanning, access controls, compliance, and collaboration with cybersecurity teams.
  
• Champion AI-assisted development adoption by establishing governance, usage guardrails, code review standards, evaluation criteria, and enablement programs for development teams.
  
• Collaborate across development, infrastructure, security, and vendor teams to improve delivery efficiency, reduce lead time, manage platform services and costs, and continuously enhance engineering productivity.
  

What you'll need to succeed

• Must have experience in CICD Pipelines, Release engineering and automation.
  
• Must have experience of Cloud (AWS/Azure) and On-Prem architecture.
  
• Must have some experience in technical leadership.
  
• Must speak, read and write Mandarin.
