We are looking for a dedicated, patient, and responsible Teacher to support the children's educational development, provide guidance, and create a positive and engaging learning environment at our Children’s Home.

Working days : 5 days

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and conduct educational activities and lessons according to the children's learning needs and abilities.
• Provide academic support and guidance to children in their daily learning.
• Assist children with homework, school assignments, and revision.
• Develop and prepare teaching materials, worksheets, and learning resources.
• Monitor and assess children's academic progress and learning development.
• Encourage positive behaviour, discipline, and good learning habits.
• Support children's emotional, social, and personal development.
• Maintain a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Maintain children's learning records and prepare progress reports when required.
• Collaborate with other teachers, caregivers, and staff to support the children's overall development.
• Assist in the preparation and implementation of educational programmes, activities, and events.

Requirements:

• Passionate about working with children and supporting their learning and development.
• Patient, caring, responsible, and committed.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to manage a classroom and handle multiple responsibilities.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and email.
• Able to prepare simple lesson plans and teaching materials.
• Experience in teaching, childcare, or special needs education will be an advantage.
• Relevant educational qualifications in education, childcare, or a related field will be an advantage.
• Willing to work collaboratively as part of a team.
