• Policy Implementation: Develops, updates, and enforces safety rules, operational procedures, and emergency response plans.
• Inspections & Audits: Conducts regular jobsite, plant, or facility evaluations to identify hazards and verify safety compliance.
• Training & Onboarding: Leads safety orientation for new hires and runs ongoing safety training sessions or refresher courses for existing staff.
• Incident Investigation: Investigates workplace accidents, injuries, and near-miss events to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Risk Assessments : Handling risk assessments to gather information on safety issues and reduce risk in work place.
• Recordkeeping & Reporting: Maintains logs for personal protective equipment (PPE), injury reports, training certificates, and regulatory compliance metrics.
• Equipment & First Aid: Manages safety gear distribution, stock, and first aid facility readiness.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
