Long Xi Investment Pte Ltd is an investment company operating wholesale and managing F&B brands including LLAO LLAO frozen yogurt, YOLE, JOE&DOUGH COFFEE, ICG Korean Fried Chicken, FU DE TEA, and FRANK'S WESTERN KITCHEN.
Job Summary
Oversee daily operations of multiple F&B outlets to ensure high-quality guest experiences, optimize financial performance, and lead teams in compliance with regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations across all F&B outlets to deliver consistent, high-quality guest experiences
Enforce hygiene, food safety, and operational standards in compliance with SFA and MOM regulations
Optimize operational efficiency by managing inventory control and supplier/vendor relationships to reduce waste and control costs
Manage full Profit & Loss (P&L) performance, drive revenue growth, and control labor and food costs
Prepare annual operating budgets, set sales targets, and develop monthly financial forecasts to support business planning
Analyze sales data, POS reports, and market trends to optimize menu pricing and maximize profitability
Lead recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and career development for service and kitchen teams
Foster a positive, collaborative, and professional work environment to retain top talent
Collaborate with Executive Chef and Bar Managers to develop innovative dining and beverage concepts
Partner with marketing teams to design and implement promotional campaigns, guest retention strategies, and seasonal events
Engage with guests to collect feedback actively and resolve service escalations promptly
Required competencies and certifications
Proven experience managing P&L, budgeting, and cost optimization in the hospitality sector
Proficiency in modern F&B Point-of-Sale (POS) systems (e.g., Toast, Lightspeed, OpenTable) and inventory software
Sound understanding of SFA health codes, liquor licensing, labor laws, and workplace safety (WSH) standards
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 5 years of senior leadership experience in a high-volume restaurant, F&B division, or multi-outlet dining venue
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills to lead teams and manage guest relations
Strong business acumen with the ability to perform effectively under high-pressure, fast-paced environments
