Position: Retail Sales Assistant
Industry: Healthcare & Wellness (Massage Chairs & Wellness Products)
Working Days: 6 Days per Week
Salary Package: Basic Salary up to RM2,500 + Allowances + Sales Commission

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-oriented and sales-driven Retail Sales Assistants to join our growing team. You will be responsible for promoting and selling vending massage chairs vouchers and wellness products, assisting customers with product demonstrations, and achieving sales targets while providing excellent customer service.

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist walk-in customers.
• Promote and sell company products.
• Explain product features and conduct product demonstrations.
• Recommend suitable products based on customer needs.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Follow up with customers and handle enquiries.
• Maintain outlet cleanliness and product displays.
• Assist with daily outlet operations and sales reporting.
• Perform other duties assigned by Management.

Job Requirements

• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Friendly, confident, proactive and customer-oriented.
• Sales-driven with a willingness to achieve targets and earn commission.
• Able to work 6 days per week, including weekends and public holidays according to the outlet's duty roster.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
