Responsibilities
5 days, Monday-Friday (Saturday if need to OT)
Warehouse - Morning ($5 shift allowance): 7:30am-4:30pm
Warehouse - Afternoon ($15 shift allowance): 11:30am-8:30pm
Warehouse - Night ($28 shift allowance): 8:30pm-5:30am
Company transport (pick-up points: Marsiling MRT & Jurong East MRT: Morning - 6:30am , Night - )Public transport: Bus 248 (16 stops)Canteen at Level 1, near the guard house14 days annual leave
Required Forklift License
Core Responsibilities
Receiving & Unloading
Unload incoming shipments from delivery trucks
Inspect items for damage
Check quantities against packing lists or manifests
Inventory Management
Scan, sort and label goods
Store items in their assigned warehouse or rack locations
Use a Warehouse Management System (WMS) and barcode scanners
Order Fulfilment
Pick items from shelves using order sheets or handheld devices
Pack orders securely so nothing is damaged in transit
Print shipping labels
Shipping & Dispatch
Load packed goods onto transport vehicles
Hand shipments over to couriers
Stock Audits
Do regular physical stock counts
Match stock records against system data and fix any differences
Facility Maintenance
Keep aisles clear
Dispose of packaging waste properly
Follow workplace health and safety (WHS) guidelines
