Job Summary
Perform brush plating tasks and support workshop operations to ensure quality service and safe handling of customer parts under supervision.
Responsibilities
Perform brush plating operations following instructions from Supervisors and Plant Managers to meet quality standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation and workshop to support a safe and efficient work environment
Handle customers’ parts carefully to prevent damage and ensure proper processing
Follow all safety procedures and protocols during plating and workshop activities to maintain a safe workplace
Assist with additional workshop tasks as assigned to support daily operations
Sterling Impreglon Asia Pte Ltd was incorporated in Singapore in 1989, with interests in engineering products and on-site brush plating services. We offer a wide range of specialized engineering products, such as brush plating chemicals and equipment, non-spark tools and production line tank electroplating equipment.
We also provide copper, gold, nickel, silver, tin, and zinc brush plating services.
In addition, we offer on-site repair services without disassembly, for damaged generators, marine diesel engine main bearing saddles, printing cylinders, paper mill Yankee dryers, steam turbine journals, stone crusher cone shafts, stacker shafts, heavy equipment and hydraulic shafts.
We also provide value-added anti-galling brush plating for oil tool premium and non-premium connections. We have been audited and qualified by major licensors and we have been performing this service since 1989. Our in-situ service philosophy is to repair damaged mechanical component without disassembly, saving on expensive downtime, production losses and replacement of parts.
We will continue to provide the best repair services to all our customers and shall maintain this basic quality philosophy at all times.
