Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably in a freelance or remote capacity.

Demonstrated success in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.

Proficiency in using various recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards).

Strong understanding of HR principles and best practices within the HR Management/Consulting industry.

Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.

Fluent in English, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with a diverse candidate pool and stakeholders.

Source and attract candidates through job portals, social media, personal networks, and other recruitment channels.

Screen candidates and assess their suitability for available positions.

Communicate with candidates and conduct initial screenings.

Submit qualified candidates to the internal recruitment team.

Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment updates.
