a) Lead and manage the overall Mechanical and Electrical (M & E) development, ensuring efficient execution of all engineering functions and project deliverables.

b) Plan, monitor, and ensure all M&E engineering activities are carried out in accordance with approved project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.

c) Review, verify, and approve detailed engineering designs, calculations, specifications, and technical documentation prepared by the team.

d) Coordinate closely with internal departments and external consultants, including architects, Civil & Structural (C & S) Engineers, Planning & Development teams, contractors, and relevant authorities to ensure seamless execution.

e) Attend project coordination meetings, technical discussions, consultant meetings, and site inspections to monitor project progress and resolve technical issues promptly.

f) Ensure all M & E works are executed in compliance with approved drawings, specifications, statutory regulations, safety requirements, and company standards.

g) To assist on all M & E Department related matters, and to perform any assignments delegated by the CEO or Management team from time to time. ETC.

Pay: RM15,000.00 - RM18,000.00 per hour
