Sales Advisor – Motorcycle Sales

Location: Puncak Alam Motoworld Sdn Bhd, Puncak Alam
Monthly Earning Potential: RM1,800 – RM6,000 (Basic + Commission & Incentives)
Working Hours: Monday – Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Rest Day: Sunday
Job Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in, WhatsApp and online sales enquiries.
• Recommend suitable motorcycles based on customer needs and budget.
• Explain motorcycle pricing, promotions, financing options and loan procedures.
• Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into successful sales.
• Assist customers with loan documentation and coordinate with Sales Admin.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain accurate sales records.
• Participate in sales campaigns, promotions and roadshows when required.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 months of sales experience is required. Candidates with experience in motorcycle or automotive sales will have an added advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills.
• Sales-driven, self-motivated and target-oriented.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Responsible, disciplined and willing to learn.
• Interest or knowledge in motorcycles is an advantage.
