Responsibilities
Basic up to $9,000 + AWS & Bonus
5 days work week (9am - 6pm) |
Location:
Joo Koon area
(Straight bus from Boon Lay MRT / Walking distance from Joo Koon MRT)
A reputable Grade A1 main contractor with 33+ years of history, specializing in large-scale infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities:
Lead/manage a team of Quantity Surveyors in the administration and review of procurement and contract management
Review contract documents and providing cost estimates on tenders
Prepare and monitor project cost budget, cash-flow for project, track changes in design/construction work, variations and adjust budget projections accordingly
Oversee and manage main contract progress claim and subcontract payment including variation claim
Resolving contract disputes and contract claims, assessing entitlement for extension of time and loss/expense claim
Able to independently lead/manage large scale project
Manage record keeping for all contract-related correspondences and documentations
Communicate contract-related information to all stakeholders
Ensure timely finalization of main and subcontract
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying / construction management / civil engineering/ building or related fields
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, analytical mindset, problem solving abilities, as well as keen interest and motivation in a high growth and entrepreneur environment
