Role Description

The Senior Associate role is a full-time position based in Iskandar Puteri. 

The role involves:

• Supporting planning and design development through the preparation of drawings, layouts, 3D models, visualisations, and design presentations. 
• Applying strong technical and creative skills to translate design concepts into practical and engaging solutions while assisting in the design proposals and technical submissions to ensure alignment with project requirements. 
• Supporting project coordination and implementation, including maintaining project documentation, preparing reports and presentation materials, liaising with internal teams, and assisting with site inspections and progress follow-ups..
• Supporting project coordination and implementation by working closely with internal teams, assisting in site inspections, following up on project progress, and addressing design-related matters to ensure works are carried out in accordance with approved plans, designs, and requirements.
• Demonstrate initiative, adaptability, and strong organisational skills while working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to support the effective delivery of projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Urban Design or an equivalent discipline.
• Preferably 2–3 years of relevant working experience in design development, 3D visualisation or project coordination.
• Proficient in design and technical software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop and Lumion.
• Good design sense and the ability to translate concepts into practical layouts, drawings and 3D visualisations.
• Understanding of design development, planning and project implementation.
• Well-organised, detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple assignments within agreed timelines.
• Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to work independently, take initiative and handle additional responsibilities.
• Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and relevant stakeholders.
