Operations Manager (F&B)

(RM4000-RM7000 BASIC+ALLOWANCE+ INCENTIVE) Based on experience

Job Type: Full-Time

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and improve the performance of multiple restaurant outlets.

Responsibilities:

- Manage daily outlet operations

- Monitor sales, COGS, labour costs, and profitability

- Ensure compliance with SOPs and quality standards

- Lead and develop outlet management teams

- Conduct outlet audits and operational reviews

- Drive sales growth and operational efficiency

Requirements:

- Experience managing multiple outlets

- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

- Able to analyse operational and financial reports

- Willing to travel between outlets
