Job Descriptions：

• Handle daily purchasing activities, including sourcing, quotation evaluation, price negotiation and purchasing from local and overseas suppliers.
• Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock forecasting and arrange timely replenishment to ensure sufficient stock availability.
• Coordinate and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods according to schedule.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date product costing in accordance with company policies.
• Prepare monthly inventory reports and journal entries, ensuring all records are accurate and submitted on time.
• Record monthly customer payment details and prepare supporting documents for the Sales Team's commission claims.
• Assist the Costing Team with financial and inventory-related matters, including stock reconciliation, material price variance analysis, costing worksheets and cost revaluation.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum SPM / STPM / Certificate or equivalent qualification.
• Good communication, negotiation and coordination skills.
• Proactive, responsible, detail-oriented and able to work independently.
• Language proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin/Cantonese is preferred.
• At least 1–2 years of working experience in purchasing, procurement, inventory management or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of purchasing procedures and inventory management.
• Good understanding of cost accounting concepts.
