Modular Scale Hiring! Full Time Project Executive (Based in Melaka) in Melaka, Earn up to MYR 3,500 - Ricebowl

Working Hours: Mon - Sat (8am - 5pm)
Saturday working hour full day (8am - 5pm)

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, control, and monitor site resources and materials on a weekly basis to ensure alignment with the project plan and construction schedule.
• Conduct site meetings with relevant stakeholders to ensure project coordination, address site issues, and implement timely resolutions.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy working environment by enforcing site safety regulations, codes, and best practices.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily site activities to ensure work progresses according to the project timeline and established requirements.
• Ensure material requisitions are prepared and submitted promptly to support construction activities and prevent work delays.
• Supervise and guide subcontractors in their daily operations, ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and approved work procedures through regular site inspections.
• Coordinate with the Site Manager on subcontractor scheduling, material orders, and site resource allocation to ensure smooth project execution.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management from time to time

Qualifications and Skills

• Diploma in Construction, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Have CIDB green card
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within kitchen cabinet, wardrobe, or interior design projects.
• Strong ability to liaise with clients, project managers, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders.
• Positive and proactive approach, with strong anticipation skills to meet project needs and deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks effectively.
• Knowledge and experience in interior fit-out works are highly preferred.
• Language proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin/Cantonese is a plus.
• Dynamic, organized, and detail-oriented, with a strong commitment to quality and safety.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
