​Join an electronics division serving the semiconductor and electronics industries, while expanding into other selected industries and regional markets across Southeast Asia, Oceania, and South Asia. You will manage existing customer accounts in mature markets as the main point of contact, while also supporting growth in developing markets and emerging products.

The role suits someone who builds trust over time and gets meaningful market insight through strong relationships.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the development and execution of sales and account management plans

• Manage assigned customer accounts as the main point of contact, building long-term trust and stable relationships

• Stay close to customers to understand demand forecasts, purchasing plans, and future needs

• Monitor market conditions and customer movements through engagement, networking, and internal sales information

• Coordinate market intelligence, competitor updates, and customer insights to support long-term business decisions

• Work with supply chain, technical, regional teams, and Head Office to ensure smooth sales execution

• Develop new markets and opportunities for emerging products by identifying potential customers and understanding their application needs

• Prepare monthly sales reports, including forecasts, actual results, and presentation materials for Head Office

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or degree in Business or a related field

• At least 6 years of key account management and B2B sales experience

• Experience in managing existing accounts and maintaining long-term relationships

• Ability to handle both mature accounts and new customer development

• Strong understanding of the Southeast Asian market

• Mature, patient, and consultative communication style, with the ability to build networks and gather market information

• Long-term orientation, comfortable in mature markets where growth may be gradual

• Fluent written and spoken English; proficient in Microsoft Office

• Willing to travel within Southeast Asia

• Singapore citizen or PR only

• Advantageous: semiconductor or electronics industry experience, and experience in or with Japanese multinational companies
