Responsibilities
Job Scope
Handle technical questions and provide product information to customers and consultants.
Assist the Sales Team with technical documents, product proposals, quotations and cost estimates.
Support the Production Team on product specifications and technical requirements.
Visit project sites to provide installation guidance, training and technical checks.
Follow up on customer orders and coordinate order processing.
Assist in developing practical and cost-effective design solutions based on project requirements.
Work with the Engineering Team to review designs and improve product solutions.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or equivalent.
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and/or Revit.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Good communication skills and ability to deal with customers.
Self-motivated, responsible, detail-oriented and willing to learn.
