Responsibilities:

• Handle SQL Accounting System
• Prepare quotations, invoices, receipts and payment vouchers
• Record and monitor client payments, advances/loans and disbursements
• Ensure all payments and expenses are properly recorded and supported by documents
• Perform bank reconciliation and maintain accurate accounting records
• Monitor outstanding payments and billing

Requirements: Diploma/Certificate in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field preferred. Previous experience in accounts/bookkeeping and knowledge of SQL Accounting will be an advantage.

Pay: RM2,144.57 - RM3,500.00 per month
