Requirements

  • Education Background: Degree/Diploma in Electronics, Mechanical, or other relevant Engineering

  • Experience: At least 1-2 years working experience in servicing or maintenance field

  • Fresh graduate who has passion in field-service line is encouraged to apply the job

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to customers in the field.

  • Provide machine maintenance support includes repair and PM

  • Work with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues

  • Train customers on equipment usage and maintenance procedures
