【Job Summary】
Drive B2B sales of AI and digital solutions in the Malaysian market, focusing on new business development, solution proposals, closing, and account expansion.

【Key Responsibilities】
・Identify and develop new business opportunities for AI solutions, LLM platforms, SaaS, and digital solutions.
・Acquire new customers and expand existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
・Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting, customer meetings, needs assessment, and solution proposals to negotiation, closing, and handover.
・Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders from working-level contacts to C-level executives.
・Understand customers’ business challenges and propose appropriate AI/LLM solutions.
・Advise customers on the appropriate and effective adoption of AI solutions.
・Work closely with Japan HQ and ASEAN teams to localize Japan-developed AI solutions for the Malaysian market.
・Collaborate with Presales, Technical, Delivery, Legal, Finance, and other internal teams to drive successful deals.
・Develop account plans, sales strategies, and opportunity pipelines.
・Monitor AI market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
・Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and sales reports.

Minimum 2 years of B2B Sales experience.

Basic knowledge and understanding of AI, LLM, Software, SaaS, Digital Solutions, or related technologies.
