At least 1 - 2 years working experience in related field

Diploma holder in Accountancy or equivalent

Candidates with knowledge of full set of accounts is of added advantage

Computer literate with knowledge of MS Office, ie: Excel & Word is necessary

Possess any accounting software knowledge such as SQL etc

Possess good communication skill, self-motivated and independent with pleasant personality

Handle accounting entries, reconciliations and maintenance of clients’ accounting records.

Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly or yearly full-set management accounts for clients.

Prepare accounting schedules and supporting documents for audit and tax purposes.

Liaise with clients to obtain necessary accounting information and supporting documents.

Ensure accounting assignments are completed accurately and within deadlines.

Perform other accounting and ad-hoc duties as assigned.
