Job Responsibilities

• Familiar with the operations of the hospital to correctly answer and/or route calls to appropriate departments/staff.
• Familiar with doctors’ specialties, locality, clinic hours, and booking preferences to efficiently make appointments.
• Possess the relevant clinical knowledge in line with basic decision making in advising medical enquiries on the appropriate next steps.
• Attend to all outbound and inbound calls, WhatsApp and emails from external customers using proper telephone / WhatsApp writing etiquette, maintaining a response rate in accordance with agreed standards of performance.
• Able to follow through medical queries with scheduling appointments for patients from phone, WhatsApp and email or upon relevant request.
• Able to handle emergency requests such as ambulance requests efficiently, calmly, and professionally.
• Familiar with Remote Patient Monitoring packages as well as use of the Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) devices.
• Ensure all customers under RPM are monitored according to the instructions given by the consultants.
• Ensure that appropriate measures are taken to escalate emergencies and vital signs abnormalities to the Superior. 
• To provide remote support and advice to the customers as and when needed. 
• Able to perform other duties and tasks as assigned by Senior Manager, Connected Care.
• Able to work efficiently in a team.
• Able to work shift duty working hours. 

Requirements 

• Possess minimum qualification of Nursing/Medical Assistant.
• Registered with nursing board with valid APC
• Possess 3-5 year working experience or personal to holders.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. 
• Ability to converse in Mandarin is a welcome advantage
