Requirements
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Business Administrative or any related field(s).
• Certification in Project Managements would be added advantage.
• 2 years of working experience with working experience in insurance related fields
would be added advantage.
• Ability to translate business issues/challenges into effective/creative program solutions
Responsibilities
• Attend to systemic issues faced by business users.
• Act as first line resolution by analyzing the issue and provide guidance to users to work around.
• Work closely with SMEs, stakeholders, process owners and System Support teams on enhancement clarification, UAT preparation and execution and post-deployment verification
activities.
• Assist in the preparation of test plans, UAT scenarios and test data readiness, including
conducting walkthrough process with process owners for eService enhancements.
