Job Description:

• Digital & E-Commerce Design

a) Design visual assets for social media, online ads, email newsletters and our website.

b) Create product images and banners for our e-commerce platforms on a weekly and monthly basis.

c) Adapt campaign key visuals into multiple sizes and formats while staying true to brand guidelines.

d) Use AI image and video generation tools to speed up concepting and content production where suitable.

• Packaging & Print

a) Design product packaging and prepare print-ready artwork for labels, packaging and promotional materials.

b) Work with printers and production vendors to make sure files and specifications are accurate.

• Visual Merchandising

a) Help roll out visual merchandising visuals, including promotional materials and Point-of-Purchase (POP) displays, in order for, store displays and promotions look consistent across all retail locations.

b) Work with other departments on new product launches, promotions and other merchandising needs.

• Product Photography & Editing Support

a) Coordinate the monthly product photography schedule and make sure shoots are completed on time.

b) Shoot and edit product photos for use on e-commerce platforms. Keep product images and visual materials well organized for merchandising and promotional use.

• Team & Workflow

a) Join brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh creative ideas.

b) Takefeedback positively and turn around revisions promptly.

c) Manage several projects at once and deliver within tight deadlines.

d) Keep up with design trends, tools and emerging creative techniques. Perform any ad-hoc duties when required.

Job Requirement:

• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication or a related field.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are welcome.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, plus Canva and CapCut for quick social and video content; InDesign is an advantage.
• Working knowledge of AI image and video generation tools.
• Understanding of print production basics (CMYK, resolution, bleed).
• Basic product photography skills are a plus.
• A portfolio showcasing design work (e-commerce, packaging or retail visuals preferred).
• Self-motivated and able to carry out design projects independently while following instructions.
• Detail-oriented & well organized.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
