Main Responsibilities

• Direct report day to day to Tank Farm Section Head of department (HOD) any issue
• Daily monitor overall tank farm results Production Report, POIMS, Safety, Quality & Operation activity (Dispatch/Blending)
• Daily Tank Farm planning & job distribution to shift team
• Daily communicate to management team on any issue at tank farm
• Direct communication to internal & external party on work order /breakdown issue i.e., /Boiler/Safety/Maintenance/Instrument/Electrical/Lab/& others related plant
• PIC for departmental training for TF on ISO, quality & safety. Every Friday tools box briefing.
• PIC for Tank Farm on ISO/Halal/Kosher/GMP documentation & implementation
• Assist Tank Farm (HOD) to do Monthly report review, company objectives (KPI results) & yearly budget plan if require
• Assist TF Section Head on the tank farm continual improvement i.e., safety, quality & operation
• Monitor plant utility consumption monthly and propose any optimization projects
• Daily data key in for production meeting data ~ 1-1.5 hours before meeting> shipment data/shift planning data/ ISO shipment data
• Daily meeting report to management on productivity shift/N2/Steam/ Fat trap COD/ TF shift planning activity and result/ Feed material Oleic/ SAPO/FB plant readiness/ Blending for Road tanker/ ISO product readiness/ Tank Cleaning status
• Daily check on daily report for tank farm and blending form activity previous date
• Daily check TF area and plan on the housekeeping activity include tank cleaning/pond/melting tank and row by row status and any electrical/instrument/mtn issue.
• Daily meeting and discuss with shift supervisor on duty on status blending and plan
• Implement and plan PM activity at tank farm daily/weekly/monthly
• Daily monitor MOC/CAPEX project and status with project team/contractor/Instrument/
• Initiate MOC/CAPEX for tank farm/loading bay improvement activity
• Daily monitor steam and n2 consumption. Initiate CAPA and improvement and monitor the target required
• Order any use of maintenance parts i.e., hose/filter/ etc. in SAP order
• Monitor stationaries/ OT /attendance/ SAP matter on stock entry

Requirements

• Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years experience in Oleochemicals, Process Engineering, Refinery or Tank farm is a must have.
• Knowledge of SAP and other related MS office software.
• Soap, fats and oils and fatty acid technologies knowledge.
• Process trouble shooting in the plant.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Willing to work at Pasir Gudang, Johor.
