Employment Type: 12-Month Contract (junior) / Permanent (senior)

Key Responsibilities

Participate in the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from requirement gathering and analysis through design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Java and modern web technologies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver system enhancements and new features that meet business requirements.

Work closely with business users and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for system improvements and optimize application performance.

Create and maintain technical documentation to support development, implementation, and ongoing maintenance.

Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues while providing timely technical support.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, code quality, and system performance.

Work within Agile development environments and support DevOps best practices where applicable.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

Minimum 3 - 10 years of software development experience.

Strong hands-on experience with Java 17, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring JPA, React (Next.js), JWT, OpenAPI, Redis, MariaDB, Docker, and Linux.

Experience working across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices is an advantage.

Experience delivering government-related projects will be an added advantage.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
