Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualise and design high-quality product packaging, labels, and boxes
• Prepare artworks for customer's product, ensuring files are meticulously prepared for both print and digital applications
• Liaise directly with customers and printing vendors to manage artwork revisions, sample approvals, and final production timelines
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure smooth office operations
• Assist with data entry, order processing, and tracking delivery schedules

Requirements

• Highly proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio focusing on packaging design
• Familiar with print production processes, color separation, and final artwork preparation
• Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with external clients and suppliers, with the ability to balance design tasks and administrative duties
