• Ensure achievement of the restaurant business plan targets.
• Ensure high quality service delivery by staff.
• Ensure effective staffing for the operations.
• Ensure effective planning and proper set-up of the restaurant for business results.
• Ensure effective implementation of all SOPs of the company to achieve the objective of clean restaurant, serving healthy food in a friendly place.
• Ensure effective management of the restaurant to achieve the goals of social purpose, public relations and community sensitivity.

Job Requirements:

• A at least a Diploma/Degree in Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
• At least 5 - 10 years’ experience in Food and Beverage service with at least 5 years’ experience in managing a Food and Beverage Outlet.
• Possess high standard of customer service and willingness to learn.
• Conscientiousness with analytical skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM3,700.00 per month
