Responsibilities
1) Creating& maintaining filing systems
2) Dealing with telephone & email enquiries
3) Word processing, creating spreadsheets
4) Assist in preparation of regularly scheduled reports
5) To prepare invoices & quotation
6) Prepare & send outgoing faxes, mails &courierpackages
7) Other administrative duties as required
8) Able to work with long hours, weekend and publicholiday
