EPAM Systems Hiring! Full Time Senior Project Manager in Hong Kong - Ricebowl

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager. You will lead end-to-end delivery for a large-scale insurance technology program, aligning senior stakeholders and multi-team workstreams around scope, milestones, risks and governance. You will bring clear structure to complex delivery and use Cantonese to partner closely with Hong Kong-based client leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery across multiple workstreams to meet scope, timeline and quality goals
• Partner with senior client stakeholders as the primary delivery point of contact
• Run delivery governance including cadence, reporting, decision logs and escalations
• Own integrated planning across milestones, dependencies, resourcing and forecasts
• Track delivery performance through KPIs, surface trends and drive corrective actions
• Manage risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies with clear mitigation plans
• Facilitate alignment and decision-making across product, engineering and business teams
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery practices, collaboration and transparency

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering large-scale technology programs across multiple teams or workstreams
• Strong background in senior project management across the full delivery lifecycle
• Demonstrated ability to manage senior stakeholder relationships and expectations
• Expertise in governance, planning, forecasting, risk management and dependency coordination
• Track record of leading change control for scope, priorities and delivery commitments
• Hands-on experience working in Agile, hybrid or plan-driven delivery environments
• Clear communication in spoken and written English for client-facing delivery documentation
• Professional working proficiency in Cantonese for regular engagement with Hong Kong stakeholders

Nice to have

• Experience supporting AI-enabled initiatives including generative AI use cases
• Background delivering solutions in insurance or financial services
• Experience working with distributed teams or multi-vendor delivery models
