• Manage the customer journey from initial enquiries and test drives to vehicle delivery and post-sales follow-up.

• Build strong customer relationships and provide excellent service throughout the sales process.

• Participate in showroom operations, sales events, and roadshows.

• Work closely with the team to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
