Responsibilities
Company: Adbrownies Advertising Ltd.
We are recruiting a full-time Project Manager who will be responsible for providing communications support for our Strategy team. The candidate will also need to coordinate with different parties to produce publicity materials relating to the projects.
Responsibilities:
1. Project Management & Execution
Establish and manage project timelines, budgets, and technical deliverables.
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure seamless execution of designs.
Review production materials, prototypes, and multimedia components prior to sending to clients.
Lead on-site move-in/installation to monitor progress and resolve technical issues.
2. Client Liaison & Approvals
Primary Point of Contact: Act as the main liaison for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirement Gathering: Consolidate client feedback and technical requirements to inform the production process.
Seeking Approvals: Present detailed designs and material samples to clients, securing formal sign-offs before moving to production and installation.
Status Reporting: Provide regular updates on project milestones, budget status, and timeline adjustments.
3. Technical Coordination
Interpret 3D renderings, floor plans, and technical drawings to ensure feasibility.
Manage the integration of multimedia exhibits and audio-visual technologies.
Ensure all builds comply with safety regulations and venue specifications.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree or HD in Exhibition Design, Interior Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction materials, lighting, and multimedia/AV technologies.
Project Mastery: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to gather client comments effectively and manage the approval process.
Detail-Oriented: A keen eye for aesthetics and quality control to ensure final deliverables match approved designs.
