Contract duration: 6 months + 6 months

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain an internal tooling catalogue for all Gas Turbine (GT), Steam Turbine (ST), and Generator toolkits, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
• Perform traceability and consolidation of procurement-related documentation for toolkits and individual toolkit components and organize the information into structured and accessible records.
• Prepare and generate packing lists for outage toolkits, ensuring consistency and accuracy of key details such as invoice values, weights, dimensions, HS codes, and other relevant shipping information.
• Review and verify shipping documentation to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with operational, customs and logistics requirements.
• Support tooling and resource planning activities and carry out any other duties or assignments as directed by the Resource Planner or Operations Lead.

Preferred Skills and Competencies:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data management.
• Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks within tight deadlines.
• Effective communication and coordination skills with internal stakeholders, customs and logistics teams.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
