Responsibilities

• Conduct investigations on student discipline cases and prepare incident reports.
• Gather evidence, interview students/witnesses, and maintain case records.
• Supervise detention, suspension, and restorative discipline activities.
• Patrol school premises to maintain discipline, safety, and order.
• Monitor student behaviour and report disciplinary concerns.
• Engage and mentor students to promote positive behaviour and accountability.
• Support conflict prevention, de-escalation, and student well-being.
• Work closely with teachers and school teams to follow up on discipline cases.

Requirements

• Prior experience in youth work, education, counseling, social services, student welfare or behavioural support
