1. Financial Reporting and Compliance Management

• Oversee the preparation of financial statements in accordance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

• Ensure strict compliance with regulations set by the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) and the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS).

• Manage corporate tax planning (including Corporate Income Tax and Goods and Services Tax/GST) and transfer pricing policies.

2. Team Leadership and Daily Operations

• Lead and manage the accounting team (covering accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, and payroll).

• Optimize and establish robust internal control processes to mitigate financial risks.

• Coordinate and lead the company’s annual external and internal audit processes.

3. Budgetary Control and Decision Support

• Develop annual financial budgets and conduct regular variance analysis.

• Monitor cash flow to ensure sufficient operational capital and optimize the capital structure.

• Provide key financial data and risk assessments to the Board of Directors and management (e.g., the CFO).

Pay: $15,000.00 - $19,000.00 per month
