About the role

This role involves assist in developing and implementing marketing plans for assigned products across both online and offline channels. You will deliver engaging health talks and provide nutritional guidance to educate and inspire customers. Additionally, you will handle customer service by responding promptly to inquiries, ensuring excellent support aligned with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and market support aligned with company objectives.
• Develop and produce compelling digital marketing content for social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, XiaoHongShu, and TikTok.
• Provide expert product and nutritional information to customers, collaborators, partners, KOLs/KOCs, and internal teams.
• Support business growth by actively participating in marketing events and initiatives.
• Conduct health talks and nutritional guidance sessions both online and offline, addressing product-related inquiries.
• Create market support materials and assist in training distributors on product benefits.
• Undertake additional duties as required.

About you

• Degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Food Science, or equivalent

· Good communication and presentation skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin

• Junior candidates with at least 1 year of relevant experience are encouraged to appl.

· Willing to support company activities and undertake outstation assignments when required

• Preferred: Experience in direct selling, AI tools for content creation, exposure to campaign planning
• Passionate about health, nutrition, and customer education
