JLL supports the Whole You, personally and professionally.

Our people at JLL are shaping the future of real estate for a better world by combining world class services, advisory and technology to our clients. We are committed to hiring the best, most talented people in our industry; and we support them through professional growth, flexibility, and personalized benefits to manage life in and outside of work. Whether you’ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades, and technology, or you’re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, we empower you to shape a brighter way forward so you can thrive professionally and personally.

Workplace Associates / Concierge (JLL)
Role Overview
The Workplace Concierge is passionate about hospitality and thrives on creating memorable experiences for employees and guests. This role serves as the first point of contact for everyone who walks into the Singapore office, delivering a warm welcome, deep knowledge of the office and what is happening in the city, and hotel-like service. The Workplace Concierge works side by side with the Workplace Specialist, who runs operations behind the scenes. We treat the office as our listing: noticing what is off before anyone asks, and closing the loop with every person helped. Specific tasks are assigned and adjusted by the Regional Manager as the office evolves.
Focus Areas
Welcome and hosting: Make every employee, visitor, and VIP feel expected and looked after, from arrival to departure, including tours, new hires, and visiting colleagues.
Employee support and communications: Serve as the responsive, reliable first contact for questions and requests, in person and on Slack, keeping the information people rely on accurate.
Office readiness: Keep reception and shared spaces welcoming and ready, and support the daily rounds and meeting room readiness.
Mailroom, storage, and services: Run the mailroom, storage, keys, and everyday office services smoothly and reliably.
Food and events support: Support the food program and events so that every lunch and gathering runs on time and well prepared.
Admin, access, and reporting: Keep trackers, access records, invoices, and expense reporting accurate and on time, and back up the Workplace Specialist. Support other APAC offices as agreed.
About You
2 to 4 years in hospitality, concierge, front desk, or customer service, ideally in a premium or corporate setting.
A natural host: warm, calm, professional, detail-focused, and always punctual, ensuring the front desk is ready on time every day.
Clear English communication, with proficiency in a second language considered an added bonus.
Food Safety Course Level 1, or willingness to complete it.
Based in-office full-time, with flexibility for occasional evenings or weekends in support of events and gatherings.

If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements below. We’re interested in getting to know you and what you bring to the table!
