Job Description

  • Provide business management support for Technology activities across Asia.
  • Maintain accurate records and information to support day-to-day technology operations.
  • Coordinate routine business management tasks with relevant Technology stakeholders.
  • Prepare clear updates and documentation for Technology activities and priorities.
  • Track agreed actions and follow up on outstanding items to support timely delivery.
  • Organise information for business reviews and regular operational discussions.
  • Help ensure Technology processes are documented consistently and kept up to date.
  • Contribute to effective coordination within the Financial Services Technology department.

The Successful Applicant

A Successful 'IT Business Management Support Asia' Should Have

  • Experience providing business management or operational support.
  • Support end-to-end invoice processing related to Run-the-Bank and Change-the-Bank and ensure compliance with IT financial governance process and accounting policies.
  • Oversee month-end time booking process and work with various IT functions to ensure timely, accurate and complete time bookings.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Words, PPT
  • Knowledge of Sharepoint, Confluence, Wiki and JIRA is an advantage.
  • Ability to organise information for reviews and operational meetings.
  • Working experience using Tableau.
  • Scrum Master Certification

What's on Offer

  • Temporary IT Business Management Support Asia contract.
  • Monthly salary of SGD 7,380 to SGD 9,020.
  • Leave entitlement.
